Is this possible? Lately when I sneeze I have to be really careful not to hold it back at all or I get a really sharp pain in my right side. My allergies really flared up 2 days ago and yesterday was the first time I had this pain.

Just now I stepped over the baby gate and had to double over to make the pain bearable (sp). It was when I lifted my right leg that the pain came in right side. I've always been scared of my appendix bursting I really hope its just round ligament pains.

So, is 8 weeks too early for this?

Thanks mamas.

: I've got it, too. I think it's normal - any experts out there?

It's really common to have it this early, especially if it's not your first baby.

I usually just recommend that women be careful getting up from a sitting position or lying in bed....use your legs and arms, not your abs. Bracing yourself with your arm low while sneezing can help, too. Some women have noticed an improvement with homeopathic arnica.

I got it very early as well this time. I was surprised by it b/c with my first, it didn't come until later. It is apparently very common though to get it early. Afterall, our uteruses (sp? uteri?) and the attaching muscles are going through massive changes!

Baby #4 here ( almost 8 weeks) and I have it too. You would think my ligaments would ALREADY be stretched LOL. I asked my ob last baby and he said yes it is normal.
