I've drunk RRL tea three times now, and I'm having some issues I didn't expect.

The first time I drank a cup, I drank it in the evening, and had contractions all night long. I was only at 30 or so weeks, so my m/w suggested that I hold off for awhile.

I drank it again last night at 37w6d. I got extremely dizzy, nauseated, and had horrible diarrhea. Yuck! But, no contractions.

I drank some again this morning at 38w, and once again I feel nauseated and dizzy. No contractions, and no lose stools, but I am falling over dizzy.

Is this a normal reaction, or should I take it as a sign that perhaps RRL tea is a bad choice for me?

RRL tea will often make me feel nauseous, but I haven't heard of anyone mention the other symptoms you mention. Are you by any chance making an extra strong brew?
