Could someone please direct me to the info on the RSV shots that the children get monthly during the winter please?

We do not vaccinate and our doctors want us to get our son these monthly shots.

He is on oxygen and this sickness would be very harmful to him the only real contact he would have with it is when he has to be in the hospital. which is a real risk. He has chronic lung disease and chronic aspiration. right now he has bronchilitus.

any knowledge experience ideas would be helpful

Thanks!

Honestly, I'd probably get it if I were you. It's not a vaccine, but rather an immune globulin, and it appears to work fairly well.

The main risk that I know of is that it's a blood product, so it could carry weird viruses.
