I heard about <a href="http://www.rumpknits.com" target="_blank">www.rumpknits.com</a> on another forum and I thought I'd post it here. She's got instock merino wool soakers for $18. They come in some cute colors. (No affiliation btw. I just know some mamas here were looking for inexpensive wool <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/smile.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="smile"> )

I don't know for a fact, but I don't think so. I found out about her on a wool soaker knitters group and she said that she is fairly new to knitting wool soakers. (I don't know if I'm allowed to post this here but the forum is <a href="http://www.woolywonder.com" target="_blank">www.woolywonder.com</a> - also no affiliation <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/wink1.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="wink1"> )

It says gently used so it looks like she is just selling them secondhand (like she bought them for herself). The rabbit one below actually says its a BJM.

I know! If I didn't make soakers myself, I'd be all over them <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/orngbiggrin.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="orange big grin">

If my hubby weren't being mean, I'd already have bought that citrus soaker. $15 and he still says NO MORE DIAPERS!!! Grrrr... Sorry, had to vent. They look really cute though.

Thanks for the heads-up! Well, I took care of the citrus soaker (sorry Davina) ~ just couldn't resist for that price. I'm actually trying to learn how to knit my own, so I figure it can at least serve as a model. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/smile.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="smile">

I will, thanks! If it makes you feel any better, it's the first time I've bought a handknit soaker! Even if it doesn't work out, I won't be too disappointed for that price.

Cynthia is great. I haven't tried her wool soakers yet (but have heard great things about them, and I know how hard she is always working on them!). She's a real sweetheart, and buying from her is a breeze!

After much debate, I took care of the kiwi, strawberry, and cream soaker. I just measured Genevieve, and it looks like it will fit her. She only has one wool cover and no wool soakers, and really needed another wooly fluff.<br><br>

I know Cynthia and she does great work. She's very professional and such a sweetie. I have a soaker from her and love it!
