Hello-
This is my first post, I'm hoping some ladies can help! I'm a single mom in school full time. I love it but the last month or so I've felt so run down! I'm still breastfeeding (and plan on continuing for another yr). My lo has starting sleeping longer intervals but if anything it seems to make things worse- like my body wants to catch up for the last year. I've been quite stressed, but trying to exercise daily and eat better... Also, Aunt Flo came back this month so it might be that. Anywayyy, any tips for getting more energy??? Thx :)

Drink vitamins, you need it esp vit C or multivitamins. Eat healthy foods because you're breastfeeding. Do some exercise but not strenuous exercise , jogging and walking are enough for your busy schedule. How about an energy booster juice drink? extract all these ingredients into your juicer, preferable a slow juicer not a blender, it might help.
1 celery stick, 1/2 apple, 1 cup kale, honey to taste or stevia sweetener.

Even if all you have time for is a cat nap, this could be a way to revitalize! Good luck. I would recommend avoiding addictive substances like coffee or anything caffeinated to stay awake.

Have you had any labs run? I was recently feeling very run down and my labs said my thyroid was functioning a little lower than usual. I guess this can be fairly common after giving birth. I've been taking a thyroid medicine along with some acupuncture and Chinese herbs and am feeling much more like myself now.

Hang in there!
