I honestly can't wait until this story goes away for good. The hysteria over this saga merely highlights how crazy our media gets when white women go missing. If she had been a minority, non-English speaking, or lesbian, the story would have never made the news.

I must admit, her guilty plea surprised me, and even earned a bit of respect. Now it can really be wrapped up, she can move on, etc.

120 hours of community service doesn't sound like very much to me though.
