So Putin gave Dubya Iran & N. Korea in exchange for Chechnya?

What the Russians have done in Chechnya makes U.S. efforts in Iraq seem to be positively benign. And how about that effort to take that theater back from the Chechen rebels, and over a hundred hostages were gassed? I'll bet our child president looks up to Putin.
