LOL...I laugh like Spongebob...or Bruno (if you dont know who Bruno is..he is one of Sacha Baron Cohens characters on the Ali G show...the guy who does Borat) Dh makes fun of me BADLY with regard to how I laugh. I really dont know HOW to laugh.<br><br>

My best friend says Like, You Know, And then he/she said...and I am a verbal sponge. I pick up peoples inflections and things immedietly...and after seeing her I CANNOT stop saying Like after every word, and you know. I feel like such a flake when I do that, and I know the word will pop out of my mouth, but it is as if I am helpless to stop that.

Where's it at?<br><br>
Behind the "at", that is where you'll find what you've lost!<br><br>
That drives me batty!!!<br><br>
I'm guilty of using "kwim", but I didn't realize it was = to "like", or "you know". I use it when I really want to know if someone knows what I mean. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/lol.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="lol">

I once had a housemate who thoroughly abused "ultimately."<br><br>
"Ultimately I decided that really, ultimately what would be best is for me to ultimately find a new job. Ultimately, that's what I did."

We had a supervisor who would trail off the end of EVERY sentence with the phrase 'etc and that'.<br><br>
Can't imagine living with her.
