My excellent in-home care provider, located in the McKinley Park area, just gave me tentative notice that she won't be able to watch my 12 month old much longer. I am putting feelers out to see if anyone knows of an in-home provider (or rare exemplary center) with openings, or can recommend someone. I live in Natomas, and work in downtown, and would be willing to go out of the way for quality care. Thanks in advance.

I have heard nothing but amazing things about McKinley Montessori, but I believe they might have a waiting list. I also don't know if they take 12 mo. olds. Gee, I'm not much help, huh? LOL!

eta: I just checked out their website and it looks like they start at 2 year old.

I have a friend in East Sac. She just started watching a 2 year old at her home. I'll give her a call to see if she'd be available. (She's an amazing mama, BTW).
