Has anyone here ever heard of Salba? I just bought a packet. It's quite expensive but they say it's because it's a superfood.

Does anyone know if Salba is a TF and do I need to soak it? Any other preparation procedures, recipes or information will be welcome.

I've never heard of it, but it sounds intriguing. It says its an ancient grain, but then says it has a patent! If it really is ancient, I would love to try it. So many grains are hybridized up the wazoo...
