Does anyone here know this? I have nasty and infected gums after having a tooth pulled and then a bridge put in. I would like to use a homeopathic treatment containing salvia for this, but I heard somewhere that salvia tea can be used to lower the milk supply during the weaning process. My LO is only three months, so obviously I don't want anything happening to my milk supply!! Can anyone tell me if I can safely use this? Thanks for your help!

You will find some information on kellymom.com about sage. (I just read the link from another thread here on MDC.)
In Germany, a mixture of mint and sage is a well-known midwives' remedy, usually taken as herbal tea / infusion to reduce oversupply or to accelerate weaning.
