Hello EC mamas!

So, I was wondering what you do to clean your BBLP or other potty. Until now I just rinse it out if he pees, and wash with soap if he poos. Should I be doing more?

I rinse with water, water and soap if it's pood in. On the bathroom cleaning day roughly once a week I clean it with whatever I'm cleaning our toilet with. Usually a standard household cleaner.

For the bowl I just use water to rinse, some TP if anything needs wiping, and I spray it with vinegar/lavender every few days. I wipe the seat down as need be (I find it gets dusty and gross) roughly every other day. Sometimes I use a gently used wipe, sometimes a tissue just to pick up the dust, and sometimes I get a papertowel with some vinegar on it for a good cleaning.

I either use a Clorox wipe or soap and water on ours.
