Just wanted to put this out there...pot luck at Finley Park on the first Wednesdays of the month, 11-2. This didn't start through Mothering, but an AP friendly bunch and it is open for the word to spread. It would be fun to meet other Mothering moms and/or dads. Let me know if you think you might come Oct 1st!

Where's Finley Park? Is it the one with the climbing trapezes, mini 'village' and swings etc. The one I'm thinking of is right near the Women's Health & Birth Center and Clo's Grill. Is it that one?

You're describing Howarth Park. Finley is at the corner of College and Stony Point (west of the freeway.) It is a Community Center.

It was really fun last month, with a surprisingly good show despite threatening rain. I had a great time. Once again, December pot luck is coming up this week, Wednesday, Dec 3rd, 11-2, Finley Park. Let's hope there's good weather. It was fun to have some Mothering moms there!
