133 beats per minute. The baby is measuring at 6 weeks 1 day which is just about right. The position in the uterus looks good.<br><br>
As an added bonus, my new doctor is all about VBAC; she's the one who brought it up. That was a shock to me. So all looks well for now. I'm guardedly optimistic.

Congrats on seeing the heartbeat and for having a kick butt doctor who sounds supportive so far!

Thats great news <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/img/vbsmilies/smilies/joy.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="joy"> ! I had a VBAC last time and am hoping for a repeat this time!<br><br>
I saw my dr today and she told me my blood results from last week, all good and the HCG was 460 at 15dpo, i dont know if thats normal or high or possibly twin levels!<br>
Im booked on for my first scan friday week, so am a little nervous but trying to be optimistic!

If you don't mind me asking, what did you do to prepare for your VBAC? Are there any books or birth methods you can point me to? I'm tryng to collect some info. I have a really really really low tolerance for pain and discomfort which I'm trying to overcome.

Awesome news all the way around! The local birth network here suggests that women check out <a href="http://www.ican-online.org/vbac/home" target="_blank">http://www.ican-online.org/vbac/home</a> if they are going to have a VBAC. Hope that helps!
