That's really interesting.<br><br>
I was watching a show on the importance of sleep last night (60 Minutes, I think) and they found that depriving healthy college kids of deep sleep for a week made them insulin resistant. With Americans so chronically sleep deprived, that could be contributing to our diabetes epidemic just as much as body weight.
