Scouring Kid

I bought a 6 week old kid a week ago. When I brought her home, I couldn't get her to drink milk, so I just let her eat grain and hay with my older kids. I think that's what messed her up. I noticed loose stools a few days ago and gave her probios, but it got worse. Yesterday I started with Keopectate, electrolyte solution and probios. She was doing good a dinner time, but I didn't go out to give Keopectate before bed, and this morning she's dirty again. She's still active and nibbling on everything in sight. Does anyone else have any other suggestions? She has pink gums and eye lids, so I wasn't thinking worms...
