is anyone else having trouble with seasonal allergies? mine are really kicking my butt right now. I'm already using my neti pot once a day and occasionally taking some Hyland's homeopathic tablets.

not. helping. My sinuses are just pounding. help?!

Ugh. I was right there with you a few weeks ago, and I'm STILL coughing up phlegm multiple times an hour. The neti pot was what helped me the most. I sometimes put a few drops of GSE in there to hopefully stave off a sinus infection, in case it has gone on for a while. I hope you're feeling better VERY soon...sorry I don't have any magical ideas, just wanted to offer my sympathy!

Yes.. I just have the constant congestion right now- sniffling, sneezing, etc.

Man, I did a stupid thing. In my first bout of energy, I swept the deck and washed the fir pollen off of our outdoor table. Ugh. I paid for that one for DAYS!! The deck was covered in the same fir pollen, of course, and I felt positively ill.

I use the homeopathic Zicam, and it works well, there are also specialized homeopathic allergy formulas if you have specific allergies available at our local HFS. Just a word of warning, Zicam makes regular and homepathic remedies, be sure you get the homeopathic one!

Oh my goodness they are horrible right now! I am waking up in the middle of the night to sneeze! Who does that? I did not even know that happened! Yuck!

I'm also full of snot and sneezes! I don't ever remember it being so bad before. Is there something about being pregnant that makes it worse?

OMG..mine are horrid [email protected]!!!! WTH? nothing is helping, saline up the wazoo..(well, not literally, lol!), my lovely zicam, ack!!
I KNOW part of my problem is I can't take any of my supplements right now. Nothing will stay down. So my poor body is just in shambles.
yuck.
