i have always posted here for my son's food allergies- and now this!
he is 3 1/2 and i am suspecting this cold/cough he has had for ages now is not that- but rather his first year of seasonal allergies.
i have read about uisng xylitol- which i just bought in powder form to try putting in a daily drink for him. any other tired and true suggestions out there? i feel awful hearing him sniffle all day long and not being able to help.
thanks in advance.

I've never heard of xylitol for seasonal allergies.... I'll have to look into that.
Does he have food allergies or intolerances? Just asking because DS had really bad ragweed allergies, but once we took out ALL his intolerance triggers after ALCAT testing, he stopped reacting to the ragweed (theory that his allergy bucket was less full).

thanks for the input about food- yup, my son has food intolerances but we are all set on that and he doesn't eat his triggers (currently just gluten and cow milk). so i'm not thinking it has to do with that directly. any advice from those who suffer from seasonal allergies here?
