We received our 100% organic, grass fed, no antibiotic/no hormone beef. As part of our package we have the liver. Our family does not eat liver but I hate to see anything go to waste. If anyone is interested please PM me! The beef was locally grown (Snohomish CO), locally butchered, and cut & wrapped at Del Fox meats.
