so, i know i'm a bit late in planning this, but can anyone suggest some nice places/events for a father's day outing in seattle/eastside/northside? i'm still kinda new to the area, so i don't know much about where to go.

this is our first father's day and i want to do something really special (dh gave me a wonderful mama's day
).

we will have a not quite 4-month-old in tow, so i'm looking for baby-friendly activities.

thanks!

i think since this is his first father's day, i don't mind spending a bit of money. i'd love to do something that is pretty unique, something that we wouldn't/couldn't do normally. what is the fremont fair in seattle?

If it's raining, you can go to the Paint the Town pottery painting place at U Village. You all paint something to remember daddy's first father's day. We did this for my baby shower with a few friends and now we have some plates and cups for when baby gets older. I wonder if you would need a reservation, though? Here's the website:

This one is in Redmond:

I was also going to suggest the train museum. I was thinking of taking my dh there for Father's Day. We've never been but it looks fun and dads ride free tomorrow!

Hope your dh has a great Father's Day!
