I'm pregnant with my second and am just curious whether or not I am completely crazy for believing that I have been feeling movements for a couple of weeks! I know that technically you aren't supposed to feel your baby until 17-18 weeks or so according to a lot of online sites and books. I am 14 weeks pregnant now and am sure that i felt some intermittent movements over the last few weeks. However, in the last few days I have definitely been feeling that little babe. No kicks yet, but it's almost like the baby is rolling over against the side of my uterus...it's hard to explain but it is not gas! I know the difference between the two. Anyone else?

I was at the end of my 16 weeks that I could intermmitently feel movement. At 17, I'm more confident.

with this, my second, I didn't feel movement until about 17 weeks, but I have an anterior placenta. with my first I felt movement at like 10 weeks. I think all those online resources give times when almost everyone is feeling movement, but if you're in tune you could feel movement way before that.

You know, I actually don't remember when I felt movement with my second. I want to say it was just before 5 months. He didn't move much at all during the whole pregnancy though - not nearly as much as my first. But he was almost 11 lbs, so maybe there just wasn't enough room! :)

I had that "baby rolling around" feeling at first, too! Kinda weird, huh?

No I would guess that you're probably not crazy. I am definitely feeling flutters now at 12 weeks. I am not 100% certain it is the baby but I would be pretty shocked if it wasn't. 99.9% sure lol. No solid kicks yet but definitely the flutters. It's my second. Looking back, I felt the first flutter at 10-10.5 weeks. Seems really early but that has to be what I'm feeling! Last time I didn't feel these movements until 14-15 weeks and no real kicks until 18 weeks.

I definitely felt flutters around 9w with #2--no question that it was baby, not gas or anything. Felt actual movement by around 12-13w, I'd say.
