I called the company directly the representative told me that since each state has different guidelines they are all chemical and gmo free. Their website is their company name plus . Com

Looks like you hit them all. The only other one that comes to mine is Sustainable Seed Co. I live right down the road from their headquarters and they have a terrific selection of heirloom and organic seed :grin:
