It's been 13 months since I had my daughter and my abdominals are still at a 2-finger width seperation... am I doomed that they will always be seperated, or will it eventually go way? I used to be a hardcore gym addict and I was in total fit shape before pregnancy and now I'm afraid to even stress that area to "Hurt" the seperation. I do crunches, but, I stopped doing some of the pilates I used to do as well, because I noticed it made the seperation worse...

If anyone has been here and found a way to fix it let me know. My Gyno said "oh well, that's just a reminder of you being pregnant"... That's not the response I was looking for...
