You're welcome to post whatever exercise you do each day. You don't have to post every day, and you don't have to post the number of minutes or hours. This is just a place for you to record your exercise, however you want to do that, and be motivated to get moving and be healthier. If you have time and you want to challenge yourself, you can set a goal and try to reach or surpass it.

Here are some ideas in case you need them to get started or if you need to add some variety to your exercise routine:
sweep the floor, porch, deck, sidewalk, etc.
walk up and down the stairs on rainy days
play catch with your child(ren)
kick a ball around the yard
throw a ball for your dog
walk the dog
take the trash out to the curb/road
ride an exercise bike (if pregnant and/or if the weather's bad)
ride a bike in your neighborhood or to work, or the library
swim
nest (clean the house)
rake leaves
pick up sticks in your yard
vacuum

We lost power on 8/31ish...just got it back. In the middle of a heat wave.
I did walk about 3hrs this month so far.

:ribpink DD wanted this :wink:

I'm sorry you were without electricity for so long Nazmum. Thank God that you have power - and A/C - back now!

9/1 rode my exercise bike for 10 minutes until I heard it squeaking (maybe I rode it too fast the other night but boy that felt good!) + 15 minutes walking = 25
9/2 15 minute walk
9/3 20 minutes riding my exercise bike (thank God for WD-40!) + 10 minute walk = 30 :)

25 + 15 + 30 = 70

Hello friends!!! I missed you!

Sounds like everyone is doing well. I'm staying busy. .....my college kids are back in school and things seem to be settling down

I'll go for 1200 this month

9/1-60 minutes exercising with friends
9/2-55 minute weight work out
9/3-off
9/4-45 minute walk with friends
9/5 60 minute run

220/1200

9/4 walked for 15 minutes
9/5 walked for at least 2 hours while shopping + unloaded for about 1 hour + vacuumed for 45 minutes - I'm pooped! = 225
15 + 225 = 240
70 + 240 = 310

9/7 walked about 2 hours (again, shopping)
9/8 25 minutes riding my exercise bike

120 + 25 = 145
310 + 145 = 455

9/11 sad day in the NYC area. Went to a service to remember those lost. Did walk for about 45 mins
