Exactly 2 weeks ago I had a bad cold with a cough. A bad cough that resulted in me nearly losing my voice for a couple days. On the 8th day of my cold/cough, I went to the doc just to rule out pneumonia, bronchitis and strep. He assured me that it was nothing more than a bad virus.<br><br>
My throat has still not healed after 2 weeks and it's killing me. It hurts to swallow, it hurts to talk. Lately it even hurts to breathe through my nose because I can feel the cool stream of air hit the back of my throat.<br><br>
Natural remedies are not an area of expertise for me. Does anyone have any suggests?

I have found varying definitions for what constitutes sugar around here, so I wanted to ask. For example, noodles in chicken soup is starch/sugar. I'm just trying to see what you did with your kids growing up.
