I was watching VH1 before DS woke up this morning and Shakira was on talking about her new album title "Oral fixation" and how it was mainly named for the way she uses language. Something like that… Then they showed the cover which is of her holding a baby is a nursing position. She said something about how she had thought of herself breastfeeding the baby but the baby wasn't really interested. (Not her baby. She doesn't have kids BTW)

I dunno. I just it was cool how she considered nursing this child for her album cover like it was a non issue, no big deal right? Then again, she isn't American. If she were I might be more surprised at such a cool attitude towards breastfeeding.

Anyway, not that I need another reason to like Shakira, she is so neat! Just thought I'd share

Goddess.... She is soo hot and I think she will be a great mama someday! Notice how she's not in such a rush to have kids like some others?????
Yeah, some countries are so out there with this and other sexual related issues.... I should just move.

I think she is a total Goddess too! She is Colombian. I have a friend from Columbia and her sister just had a Baby there. She was like " oh yes the baby was born at home and my mom recieved her" She said it so matter of fact. We never discussed nusing but it is clear that she is not bothered in any way by my nursing. I don't think she would expect anything else.
