FWIW my dd has gone without nursing some nights since she was about a month or two old- she comes back when she's tired or growing.

She didn't nurse all night!
What in the world is happening? My 12 month DD slept from 11:30 pm until 7 am without even one itty-bitty drink last night! I'm sure it was a fluke and tonight we will resume our usual 2 to 3 times per night pattern, but it makes me sad to know that it even happened one time, because it just reminds me that she's getting big and she isn't going to nurse forever.

LOL, TiredX2! Actually, I slept right through it - I was really tired as we had traveled out of town and then had company for several days after we got home. I woke up in the morning shocked that it was morning and my pajama top was still buttoned all the way. It didn't happen again last night though and I have to admit, I was glad.
