My just-turned- three yo has been refusing to nurse to go to sleep for her naps. She has never ever refused me before. I think it is just to avoid going to sleep, but man. she tells me that she is a grown up and grown-ups don't nurse. I never talk to her about weaning or anything. I don't think anyone else does either.

She is also talking about moving her bed into her own room soon.

What is going on with her? How do I get her back to nursing more? (I never thought I would say that!)

I just feel like she still really needs it. And she totally needs her nap. She is a monster when she doesn't sleep.

It may just be that she is weaning.
You can offer but, I dont think there is anyway to "make" he nurse. Three year olds have a mind of there own, maybe have you been asking her too much and thats why she is not interested? I am sure the other moms on here may have advice for you. I have never had his problem with my just turned 4 year old son!
