I am really not loving my hair right now. I have been dreaming of a pixie cut, but doubt it would look good with my face.

So should I chop it off, grow it out, or put some henna on it?

Here are some pics

I am obviously suffering from a serious case of mommy frump.

I updated with pics of the haircut on the 2nd page.

Okay, I can't edit the above, but it should read either as: i won't sign in into snapfish, OR it wants me to sign in into snapfish. i think. i have retyped this 3 times. something is wrong with me today.

I did an audrey hepburn crop several months ago that turned out cute. I have very thick hair and this was just wonderful. I got some "rough paste" and some good hairspray...loved it. I'm letting it grow back out now.

Chop it off! I think you could totally pull off a pixie cut.

Your face shape looks similar to a friend of mine. She cut her hair a while back, kinda chin length and layered. It is the best her hair has ever looked, works well with her face shape. I say cut it! You know your just pulling it back into a ponytail everytday to keep it out your face, so may as well get rid of it.

i dont think it would. something more like this would be cute

I think it would look great once you don't go too short.

Ditto! I think that would be perfect! I also like what matey described but more sleek, not like the pic in #10.

Yeah,I don't like # 10. The cut I was trying to describe is more sleek than that. It is short and manageable, but not too short and not in a choppy spikey kinda way like that photo.

Sorry, trouble editting, or I would just add to my post.

My friend parts it on the side. I think sometimes she clips the bangs up or wears a headband.

I feel so much envy for folks who can pull off short hair. I have very curly hair and a very lumpy head. Not a great combo for short hair. :)

If your hair grows fairly quickly, go ahead! Sometimes a big change is fun! It's just hair. It grows back. :)

I like your hair the way it is. It could use a shorter layer in the front and when you want to fancy up a little flip with the curling iron.
