I know it's normal for a newborn to have popping joints, but my son is 7 months old and his shoulders pop all the time. I notice it mostly when I go to pick him up. Should I be concerned?

My son's spine cracks when I pick him up. His shoulders do it too. He has never complained or cried after it happened so I am guessing it must be okay. My body cracks and pops and I am ok.

Same crazy shoulders on my 7month old too. She doesn't complain so I just keep my eye on it for changes.
