Hi all... my dd (24 months) started vomiting and having bad diarrhea yesterday afternoon. That all lasted about 14 hours. Since then I've been just focusing on re-hydrating her. She's pretty subdued and napping an awful lot, but she is communicative in between sleeps/long nursing sessions. Sadly, she's getting almost NO breast milk as I'm 24 weeks preg and my milk is pretty much dried up.

She didn't have a fever overnight while she was puking but it looks like it's come up now - about 102. What would you all do in my position? Give tylenol? Go to the doctor? Or just keep up with little sips of fluid as she can tolerate it and wait for her to perk up?

Any input is much;y appreciated!

I wouldn't use Tylenol, the fever helps the body fight micoorganisms. I'd watch her urine and if it started looking dark yellow or smelling strong I would start being concerned about dehydration. I wouldn't call the doctor. What could the doctor do?
