Even last week I'm sure I was laying on my belly for a little while - sort of propped up with a pillow to one side a little, but still. Just now I was trying to lay sort of on my belly, with my elbows supporting me to keep all the pressure off...and I can't.

Goodbye comfortable, snuggly, belly-laying. See you in 6 or 7 months! Sooner, I hope!!!

I know! I love belly-laying, and sometimes I even sleep on my stomach, but it just started getting a bit uncomfortable oh well! Here comes October!!!

I can't lie on my belly even after giving birth because my boobs get squished and hurt too much.

DDC crashing. Oct '07 was my DDC, and I just started belly-sleeping again a few weeks ago. SOOOO glad to return to it.

To be sure, I was delayed in that I had back surgery when DS was 1.5 (and significant pain before that), and I'm just to a point in recovery when I can be on my belly if it is supported by a pillow.

Haha - yeah, that's why I said longer than the ~5 months before this baby is born! I couldn't get onto my belly because of a joint issue, sore boobs, and always having a newborn next to me. I think the first time I even tried was a month or maybe even two after DS was born. I've just recently become a regular belly sleeper again - since DS has been sleeping better and not right against me all night long!

I'm going to miss it!!

i can only sleep on my back or my side since a 8 weeks ago, mostly on my back. I feel like i'm squashing my belly a bit on my side and it feels uncomfortable, I have lots of pillows in place now, so I sleep just right. Im only half way through and already complaining and groaning in the middle of the night to my partner.

I have a lot of belly fat so it doesn't really bother me yet. But I can feel a lump where my uterus is when I do and I worry I'll smash the baby so I just sleep on my side :lo
