I O'd on 10/1 and my LMP started on 9/12. I am 13 DPO. How far along does that make my pregnancy in weeks?

3 weeks 6 days by ovulation
4 weeks 2 days according to your lmp

I go by ovulation, but your medical provider will go by lmp.

Edited: I just realized you were probably able to do the math on your own, ha ha. My pregnancy brain took your question very literally.

You're 3w6d.

You can give an LMP date that's 2 weeks before your O date, and then you won't have to argue over LMP vs. O.

I will be seeing my RE for a while yet, probably through the first trimester. I plan to use a midwife after that point though. I hope I can get away with fudging the LMP- I assume I can if she does not want any paperwork from my RE?

Are you doing a dating u/s with the RE? If so, you might not have to worry about it, as they'd likely use that date vs. your LMP. Dating u/s should be pretty close to your O date. Mine was within 2 days of my charting based date (whereas LMP was 9 days off).

And some practioners will believe you on your O date. Both my OB and my midwife believed me. The OB didn't officially change my EDD until he saw the dating u/s, but he did push back the dating u/s by a week so it'd be closer to 8 weeks by my charting date instead of LMP. My midwife... she just puts down the wheel and writes down whatever I tell her.

I think even an OB would agree with that one then.
