Have you tried using a neti pot to clear out your sinuses? I do this once or twice a day and have experienced major relief from my allergy-induced sinus troubles.
Sinus Headaches
What do u do for sinus headaches? Last week I could not get rid of mine for anything. Usually when I feel one coming on I take a Tylenol or something. Last week that didn't work and I took an over the counter sinus medicine and also an Allegra, but neither seemed to help. Now my ears are so clogged I can barely hear. Any suggestions?
