Sinus Infection?

Can anyone recommend how to stave off a sinus infection?

Last month I got really, really sick. I had to take antibiotics for the first time in years, like 7 years. I couldn't move I was in so much pain. I finally felt better and then we had to fly again and now I feel the ticklings of it coming back, sneezing, blocked nasal airways and I can't breathe when I eat, which is how the last one felt.

I am not at home, but I did stop and buy a colloidal silver nasal spray that I think will help.

Does anyone have any other recommendations?

The colloidal silver nasal spray should help.
What works for me is dabbing a bit of salve under each nostril then applying a drop of essential oil of peppermint over it and inhaling it throughout the day.
(Don't apply to bare skin and don't get it in your eyes!) It really helps avoid infection.
Also I would take some olive leaf capsules.
