I just finished a cup of coffee and there is a dead fly at the bottom of the cup. I am just about to throw up.
Please tell me that it isn't going to make me terribly sick.

Take a deep breath.
Even if you outright ate the fly you would still be okay.
Ppl have ingested way grosser things w/o getting sick.

You will be fine! I have had a similar experience. Except it actually went in my mouth for a second.

You'll be fine!! I once saw a dead roach on my cereal spoon when I was in college- i literally went nuts screaming and running around the apt. My roommate was hysterically laughing at me. Eww.

My niece ate dead flies out of the window sill when she was two. She never got sick from it.

Sorry about that, though, that would totally gross me out!

I was eating lentils once and ended up eating a ladybug too (they are pretty close to lentil size) It tasted really bad though so I spit it out!
