Has anyone got a herb recipe handy so I don't have to actually search <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/orngtongue.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Stick Out Tongue"><img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/redface.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Embarrassment"> ? I bought a bunch of loose herbs last time, put them in cheesecloth balls, and then DH would steep me a bunch and pour it right in my bath along with some Epsom salts.... it was loverly, but I can't remember what herbs I used. I figured others might like to know too, at least that's my cover for being lazy <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/winky.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Wink"> .

I think comfrey is the big one. Then there's (in no particular order) uva ursi, yarrow, lavender, um, chamomile, shepard's purse, sage, and maybe some witch hazel and sea salt? Not an official list by any means, but those are the ones I remember from the different formulations I was looking at. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/smile.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="smile">
