After a lot of debate/convincing, DH and I have finally decided that we are both on the same page as far as TTC goes.

I started my new cycle yesterday morning, but I was unable to track down a BBT, until this morning. : Can I still go ahead and chart my temps for this month, and trust to get an accurate chart? Or am I going to have to hold off until next cycle? I'd be starting on CD3...

Thanks

Oh I think you're fine. I missed a few days this month due to being out of town and I still got a clear temp shift and crosshairs. The temps during AF aren't as important.

yeah, you could start after AF altogether but in the beginning it's nicer to have the whole picture. no worries!!

I would usually temp CD1 and then skip a couple days during AF just to give myself a break from the thermometer. I think you are fine to temp the rest of your cycle.

I agree...you will be fine! I know some women who don't take temps for the first two weeks, because they know they'll ovulate after the 3rd week of their cycle. You only need 4 or 5 temps before ovulation to confirm that it occured. I always skip temping during my period.
