Ugh. For the last three nights I have been waking up between 2:30 and 4:00 and not being able to go back to sleep. Its infuriating!
Anyone else having this?

That totally sucks! I haven't been sleeping well at all, but I usually make it until around 5am before I am permanently up. For me it seems to be related to the constipation (sorry if TMI). I start to feel pressure in my tummy and can't go back to sleep. I feel like a senior citizen with early waking syndrome!
The worst part is I'm totally cranky and ineffective at work all day. Not the mention that I worry that this can't possibly be good for the pregnancy.

I am glad I am not the only one, although i wouldnt wish this on anybody else!
I was thinking that it was stress related instead of baby related, but I am guessing its a mix of both. This is my husband's last week in Wash DC and he is moving permanently home on Friday...I can't wait, hoping that a permanent presence of him in bed and a vacation next week will help me sleep better!

Hopefully it will pass soon for you Poep!

Poep-vitamin C might be an easy fix. I found out while trying to deal with a UTI how well C got things a moving along.

I have been waking up about 4-6 times a night, but am able to go back to sleep quickly. Mostly it is the bathroom trip or sometimes I am just too hot or freezing
: No easy solution for me, but my m/w said I could take some calms forte every once in a while.

I can't sleep either, but DD is only 4 months old.

She slept 5 1/2 hours straight last night! I wanted to throw a party!
