I'm a stomach sleeper. I was a stomach sleeper through most of my last pregnancy. I tucked a pillow under one leg/knee but if my posture/position was more like side sleeping than stomach sleeping I would wake up on my stomach anyway. I'm overweight, so I imagine the extra padding around the baby makes it possible for it to be comfortable and 'safe'. Everything I've read says something like "Stomach sleeping probably isn't so comfortable anymore.. "<br><br>
But, for me, it is.<br><br>
Does anyone know if this poses any particular risk?
