How long should a 3 month old be sleeping. I have a 6.5 month old preemie who is 3 months old adjusted and he seems to sleep non stop. He is only awake for maybe 2 hours a day other than eating. Is this normal?

Is he active and alert during the times he is awake? It is normal for a lot of preemies to be sleepy even at 3 months....mine never were though.

sounds about right. when will was that age he slept like a newborn.

how long have you had him home?

We have been home for 3 months now.

I saw a big change around 4 months adjusted .

I would have to say the same, I saw a bit of a change in alertness in my dd about 4mo corrected age too.
