I had bought small size prefolds that were to fit baby until he was 15lbs. I can BARELY get them on him now (he's 11lbs2ozs)

I'd like to reuse the fabric somehow and try my hand at making some fitted diapers. Any suggestion on how to use the small size diapers to make some fitted??

How about using the pf for stuffers in pocket dipes? You could make simple pockets and just stuff those in as soakers.

I do something similar.

I use old T-shirts and make a fitted dipe with a suedecloth liner (DS has to be dry or bad rash issues) but leave it open in the back. Just stuff in an infant prefold, and he is good to go!

I love my stuffable fitteds. Saves alot on drying time too. Or if you line dry completely, the stiff prefold isn't next to the baby.

I'd suggest making pocket fitteds aswell. That's mostly the type I make when I sew some dipes for my DS. So quick and easy.
Otherwise you'd cut out the PFs into a contour shape and use them as the soaker for some fitteds.
