DD has always been a bit of a spitter-upper. Nothing I've been concerned about, just normal amounts. But lately, it really smells like vomit. It didn't used to smell. Should I be concerned? Could this be a sign of reflux? DD is 3 months old (today!).

my babe will spit-up baby vomit about 50% of the time. i don't know what it means, but... he doesn't seem to mind and is growing.
