My partner smokes occasionally. Maybe once a month or so. He used to smoke frequently, but now he smokes only when under a lot of stress. I want him to quit completely. I find it extremely upsetting that he smokes at all, what with H1N1, my pregnancy, and our young daughter and all. I was hoping to find some information about things that have helped you smoking.

NIACIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!! which is B3. Nicotine replaces niacin in the brain so when you quit, if you take niacin, it will replace the nicotine. Niacin is brain food and you feel fantastic when you take it after being a smoker since you have been so deficient.
