Nothing fancy but its easy, I love smoothies and have a bazillion recipes (or so it seems) but this is my favorite; hands-down.

Strawberries
Blueberries
Tofu
Vanilla soy milk

I'll usually add some wheat germ and flax seeds to it. Sometimes I'll put in a scoop or two of protein powder.

I add a bit of tofu and a bit of Tahini to make it "hearty." :LOL

I always add plain yogurt, some kind of juice or an orange, a banana and frozen fruits.

And, they still love them. Love them better as "smoothie pops."

Oh yeah, coconut milk is awesome. I'm so bummed it's so $.

For us, the key to a good smoothy is frozen banana. Our favorite is:

frozen banana (approx 1 banana)
coconut milk (about 1/2 can - probably 1 cup)
strawberries or peaches (usually 6-8 good size strawberries, 1 sliced peach or 1/2 c blueberries)

This makes enough for 1 adult and 2 small children.

I add ground flax seed to mine but not dd's because it gives her runny poo.

I kind of just use whatever when it comes to fruit quantity. I'll usually use a whole thing of Tofu (Mori-Nu box) and about a cup of soy milk. If I had to quantify the fruit I'd guess about 8 big strawberries and 1/2 cup blueberries. Sorry its not more specific.

Don't forget to search the archives here; there have been a few threads about smoothies recently.

This week I'm drinking smoothies made out of:

frozen strawberries (a handful)
frozen blueberries (handful or two)
tofu (a slice, maybe one inch, off the block)
OJ (coupla glugs)
wheat germ (tablespoon)
spirulina (a teaspoon)
honey (a teaspoon or two)

Sorry for the imprecise measurements. I don't measure!
