anybody know where I can get snap hooks for converting a regular bra into a nursing bra? ok (I have one bra with the hooks, it was converted in the store, but they won't tell me where they get the hooks, because they want the business)
I would post a picture of it, but I don't know how, maybe someone can tell me...but of course, if you know where I can get it, then I wouldnt need to post the picture!
Thanks for your help!

join yahoo and then click on photos, it's very simple, just follow directions (if you know how to download from your cam to your puter you can download to a site online) then make sure you choose the option for public viewing then copy paste (ctrl C for copy on highlighed url addy and then ctrl V to paste here). You really should be able to find either snap tape or bra hooks to use to convert in any sewing store like joanns or hancocks (even walmart has the single row bra hooks sold as bra extenders which you'll need to take a seam ripper and take the hook part off of the "eye" parts, sew the hook part to your bra cup and the eye parts(would be like 3 eyes I think) to your shoulder strap(I'd also sew some elastic to the shoulder strap edge and attatch it to the rib band in front somewhere so the shoulder strap doesn't dissappear when you undo your cup. )

Goldrose,
I know this my sound like a crazy solution but this is what I had to do when I had one of my nursing bras' snap hooks break. I too had searched everwhere and could not find the parts that I needed so I ended up going on e-bay and buying a nursing bra and then cutting it up for parts. All in all this cost me about $5 but I felt it was worth it, as it allowed me to repair a $24 bra.
