Can I get some reviews on the snapsource snap setter and snaps?

I was about to order it with the snaps tonight but thought I'd sleep on it and ask here first. I plan on making some AIO's and fitteds so I'll be working with fleeces, PUL etc.

TIA

I use it. I like it, would like a snap press more, but it's just for my stash so it's not too bad. They are a little expensive, but still cheaper than a snap press. They work good. I only use them for my covers and touchtape for my fitteds. HTH

I use Aplix on my fitteds, but I have had good luck with the Snapsource setter and metal snaps on fleece and wool covers. I use them all the time on the fleece jackets I make and sell. When I was in the Malden Mills retail store, I noticed that they sell the Snapsource stuff. The women who work there are all sewers and they have sewing machines set up mking the samples that they hang around the store. They were using the snap setter.

I have Applix to use on some too- but I really like the look of the snaps. I already have a hammer so I think I'm going to just go ahead and get the snapsource setter. with the adaptor it's still only 14 dollars. I really like the look of metal snaps best anyway.
