Ah, just full of little Qs this am. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/orngbiggrin.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="orange big grin"><br><br>
I have scads and scads of snow peas. I *assume* I can store them in the freezer? Do I blanche them? Ok... <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/shy.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="innocent"> how? Do I just boil a pot of water and put them in for a few seconds? Or, how long? Then, rinse w/cold?<br><br>
Do you think they'd freeze well to last the whole winter?<br><br>
Thanks!! <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/love.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="love">

We pick our snow peas, wash them, pinch off the ends (and string if necessary), then put in serving-size baggies before putting in freezer ziplocks. They're great in stir-frys! (But they're not "crisp" after they've thawed).
