Well I wonder if I was to iron it on and then sew around it just to reinforce it. I can do that part of it, just not into spending the time for embroidering it, I have a scarf that I started 6 years ago that still isn't done, just don't have the time to work on it!

I've had better luck with iron ons that I've printed from the computer rather than the pretty iron-ons from craft stores. The ones I've made myself on Iron-on paper don't peel off like craft-store ones do.

Be sure to put a towel between the PUL and fleece (if that's what the inner lining is) when you iron, and don't let the pul fold over onto itself when ironing or it'll melt together and crease a bit.
