I really haven't been on my legs too much. I have take all my vitamins...<br><br>
I am drinking water like crazy. Why are my legs hurting so much?????<br><br><br>

Did I mention I am 38 wks and 6 days...and my sister is getting married May 5th?<br><br>
Did I mention I am one of the bride's maids?<br><br>
Did I mention that my mw won't let me leave the house for 3 days after the baby is born?<br><br>
So, either the baby has to come really soon....or come late.

are you getting varicose veins? my mom has them pretty bad & they really make her legs ache.

Maybe your legs hurt b/c you feel stuck with this imposed schedule?<br><br><img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/img/vbsmilies/smilies/hug2.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Hug2"> IMO having a full term preggo as a bride's maid is A LOT to ask...

i have felt this ALOT in the past week.....just plain tired out legs....not varicose vein tired, not crampy, but more like -- my muscles are giving out on me?<br><br>
do we need more iron maybe? that's my theory <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/smile.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="smile"><br><br>
or just the extra weight........?!<br><br>

I get tired legs too-- I like to do the yoga pose (I'm so bad about learning the Sanskrit names for them) where you roll a blanket and put it about 6" from the wall, set your butt on it and put your legs up the wall. It really helps the blood to flow and the achiness goes away. I will do this after my bath with epsom salts at night and while drinking a big 1/2 gallon of water.

by the end of the day my legs are sore and the soles of my feet. I don't have any swelling or varicose veins they are just tired probably from the extra weight<br><br>
but during the night I feel like I should run a marathon I have this horrible restless leg syndrome knock on wood but I almost wish that it would switch for the leg cramps I had during my last pregnancies

Sounds to me like you could all benefit from a good calcium/magnesium supplement. Are any of you with achey legs already taking one? Chances are there are insufficient amounts of these in your multis. But it could be responsible for the aching and restless legs.<br><br>
